Awful, Took over 40 mins for 4 sandwiches to be delivered… Freaky Slow… Sandwich was a mess… When I called the manager was just rude!

took me 15 minutes to get my sub behind one other car. once I got it I opened it up and the lady(who was clearly super frazzled) gave me the wrong one between two on the counter, I watched her literally guess which one was mine and hand it to me. I got to work and called and asked them to deliver the new one(I work 1 mile away) and they said yes and they’ll bring me a free cookie for the inconvenience. I waited an hour, still no sub. I call and tell them it still hasn’t arrived. they said they’re sorry and what was my order? «#5 with no capicola» it shows up 15 minutes later with capicola all over it, sadly cookieless, and the most wimpy sub I’ve ever seen. uhh ya never again.

Took 25 minutes for 4 sandwiches! That is NOT freaky fast, it is unsatisfactorily slow! Asked about our order several times, only to be told they were working on it. We were the only ones inside the store, they made the drive through orders before ours. Ugh!

First, let me start by saying that as an employee of the high school, it’s been incredibly convenient to be able to quickly order online while my class is still in session so that my food is ready and waiting for me when I go on my very short lunch break. I’ve done this many, many times over the past couple of years without a problem. I pay with my card online, the attendant at the door of the high school signs my slip, and I pick up my food when my break begins. HOWEVER — my last experience was so dreadful that I will not be a returning customer. I ordered my food exactly the same way I always do, and it never came. The driver who did come with a bunch of orders said that there was another delivery on the way. Still no sandwich. When I was able to call to investigate(2 hours after the order was placed), I spoke with the manager who claimed no one was at the door to take the order and that they’d called my phone 5 times and no one answered(because I was in class). So they left. I told them that I’d done this a number of times and never had a problem and that there’s always someone at the front door. There has to be for legal reasons. The note on my order even said to use the main entrance and leave with attendant. After I explained this, the MANAGER said to me, «I don’t know what to tell you» and then started making a bunch of excuses and continuing to blame me. So, I asked him to refund my card since I’d already paid online, to which he replied, «I’ll try.» You’ll TRY to refund my card? I explained to him that I had ordered food that I did not receive, so I either wanted what I paid for, or I wanted my money back. He THEN proceeded to tell me to «not get snippy.» I worked in the restaurant industry for years — even at a Jimmy John’s location while in college — and I’ve never experienced such rude treatment. I soon found out that many staff members at CHS have been having very poor service since the store has been under new management. DONOT risk it. There’s a location on Dixie Highway that will give you MUCH better service.

I came here because I LOVE jimmy johns. My experience was awful. Where do I begin. First off it’s Saturday at 2 so not that busy of a time. When I walked in there was a full line in the drive thru and no one inside. We proceeded to wait 23 minutes for our sandwiches and when we got them they were literally just thrown together. The phone was ringing off the hook but the manager said to another employee that«we are too busy to take phone orders» then while I was waiting for my sandwich the manager was yelling at the employees saying«we are over an hour late on some deliveries!» Awful! Never will be back to this location! Customer service and organization was awful! Side note: my sandwich tasted great even though it was just thrown together.

Waited there for about five minutes with no service, not even an acknowledgement that I was even there and there were about six people making sandwiches… I eventually just walked out. Bad business… Won’t be back

Too many hits and misses. This time it was the tuna fish sandwich. The tuna was so fishy tasting that it was not edible. We actually thought the tune was spoiled. No more chances.
