Untrustworthy, forgetful. I do NOT recommend him. He lost 2.5 years worth of thousands of important, vital emails, email folders/​subfolders, Favorites list, uninstalled several important items on my computer without authorization, did not listen to me, did opposite than what agreed upon, does not give you instructions, will only text basically. Caused me extreme harm. Made multiple huge errors & omissions. Failed to even attempt to recover when he promised and was paid to fix his mistakes. Didn’t even backup my harddrive to my etxternal drive yet still insists he did. STAY AWAY. Very dangerous person to have near your computer. I will be filing the appropriati lawsuit shortly.
