DOESN’T EVENDESERVEONESTAR. Well, we have it 6 months since our last HORRIBLE experience here and decided to try it again. And yet, it’s just as bad, if not worse. Hostesses: playing with their phones. Had no idea what tables were open(about 40% of the restaurant was full). And it took the two of them to figure out where we would sit. Experience: Floor was stickey as we walked in… ew. It took us about 10 minutes to get a waitress. When the waitress came she was sloppy, confusing on menu items, slow, and flat out rude. She took our drink orders as well as our meal order and it took her almost 15 minutes to come back with drinks. About 10 minutes later, we stopped her and asked her when the salads and bread would come. Her response«oh apparently I gave yours to someone at the bar». And she walked away. We finally got the salads amd bread. The salad was fine but the bread was hard as a rock. We finally got our steaks. 2 well done, I’m medium. The medium steak was fine. The 2 well done steaks were EXTREMELY undercooked, they were medium rare at best. We couldn’t find our waitress for almost 20 minutes after she dropped off the food. A second waitress(super nice and sweet) came over because she saw us looking for our original waitress. She took our steaks back for us and finally our waitress came back and said«apparently your steaks weren’t good enough?» And walked away. Our steaks were brought back out by a manager who also ended up being rude. She dropped the bates in front of us and pretty much left. We cut into our steaks and they were still pink. We finally gave up and just ate the well done parts. My fries never came back out with my steak after they took it back. I have contacted this location and will update when I hear from them. As of not, I will not be back. It’s not worth $ 50 for 2 bad meals and 1 ok meal.

Hair in the salad, day old bread, one steak was over cooked, the other had fat & gristle through it. Will NOT return to this location!

My husbands sirloin was well done when he ordered medium. The gal who brought our food out didn’t ask us to cut into our steak before leaving like they normally do. My steak was very good however which is why I gave 2 stars. The sweet potato was so mushy it resembled baby food. We had the steak taken off our bill. Have never seen my husband not finish a steak, even though he had to douse it with A1, it didn’t help! My husband saw another table complaining that the«potatoes were inedible!». I observed anther table talking to the manager also. The last time we ate there I wasn’t too happy with my filet which was about ½ inch thick. I was told by the manager that they use thinner filets because they cook faster… yeah, okey! We won’t ever eat there again. Way too much to spend for a mediocre meal at best. If we want a good steak dinner we’ll go to Logans! So much better!

It should be noted up front that this review reflects *only* upon this particular location of Outback Steakhouse. I’ve eaten at several other locations without the kinds of issues that they have here. It’s actually pretty amazing how categorically bad this particular Outback Steakhouse is. From the lousy waiting-to-be-seated times(«You’ll be seated in 30 minutes!» :45 minutes later: «We don’t know when we’ll be able to seat you! We can’t make people leave the restaurant!»), to the very poor food(example: hard-as-a-rock lobster tail) to the fact that they can’t even get a steak to be the proper temp/doneness, to the very clueless management, the allure of this place completely escapes me. Other locations? They have their act *together*, or at least reasonably so. This one? Doesn’t even bother to follow basic corporate policies. I’ve eaten at other Outback Steakhouses in the area, and while they’re certainly not all perfect, when there’s a problem, they *understand that about themselves*, and they graciously work to keep people satisfied on the rare occasion that things just don’t work out the way we all want them to. It’s true: sometimes things just go wrong, or they’ll run out of a dessert, or what-not. When these things happen, management steps in to correct the issues, make apologies, and adjust bills accordingly. At the Clarkston location? Good luck. I refuse to go back here, to this one. After multiple failed attempts to keep giving them chances, I’m afraid that the camel’s back has been broken by an avalanche of straws. Dine here at your own risk. They certainly won’t be held accountable for their own screw-ups. That, dear customer, is on you.

The quality at this location has dramatically went down. My past several experiences have disappointed in one way or another and I’m not even a picky person. I ordered curbside last night and the girl that took the order didn’t key in my salad. In fact, while placing the order I could tell she was distracted and laughing at something. Really disappointing was the no rules pasta with chicken and shrimp. This is one of my favorites, I usually get all the time. Tonight the chicken breast was tiny but even worse was it was just on buttery noodles with some green onion. There was not one bit of Parmesan in the dish. We had to use our own and made our own sauce.

Well I said I would never go back and I wish I had listened to myself. I ordered the filet and told the waitress that if the steak wasn’t at least an inch thick, don’t bother bringing it out to me. Well, out came a steak that was about one quarter inch thick(brought out by a different waitress) I told her I ordered the filet and this was not a filet. Same old line of BULL«the longer you cook a steak the thinner it gets». I did cut into it and could tell right away that it was not a filet at all. By the texture of the meat I could tell I had gotten a cheaper cut of meat. The Manager came out and I did get a filet after the rest of my party had finished their meal. Just for you readers, I order my steaks to be cooked medium. Also, I cook Omaha Steak fillets on my grill very often and they never get any thinner. Morel of this story, When I go out for a good filet I will go to LONGHORNSTEAKHOUSE. They are never thin and melt in your mouth.

We made reservations for 8:00 new years eve and when we got there it was packed we ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes for our table past our reserved time then our waiter was not very good I had to ask every time my husband wanted a refill and his steak was rare when he ordered it well done there’s a big difference anyway the steaks were good when we finally got them but the service was horrible not sure if we will go back we will probably stick with longhorns steak house.

Took three tries to get my steak right. I thought ordering rare would come out at least a little pink. I was wrong rare comes out like tough grey shoe leather. Service was sub par. Had to flag down different waitstaff to let them know about the steak only saw our waitress to order food and to get the check. And don’t even mention drink refills. There weren’t any.

As far as the food, it’s the same as every Outback. Good steaks, greasy appetizers. About what you’d expect. The service here though is amazing! We go to this location every couple of months and we’ve never had a bad experience here. Our glasses are refilled before they’re even empty, the staff is very friendly, and the food is always made exactly how you want it. Even on the busiest days our waitress is right there if we need anything.

I’ve never been to an Outback before, and I’m not really a fan of chain restaurants, but the steaks that my wife and I had were very good. The service was excellent, but I’m only giving three stars because I ordered a medium steak. It arrived rare. When you are a steak place, that shouldn’t happen. For the record, it was corrected and as delicious. I will be back.

I go here with my son at least once a month as a treat. Being a divorced dad it gives us the time we need to bond in a nice environment. The staff have always gone above and beyond in taking care of our needs and I’ve never had to wait for a refill. My son is treated like an adult and he’s only 6. He likes the«big boy» feel of the place and the cheese fries and steaks are out of this world good.

Food isn’t as good now as it once was(portion size and spice). $ 9.99 steak is the best value. Alcoholic drinks are tasty and are also a good value.

Typical outback. Nothing really special here except they treated our party great. The waitress was very friendly and my mom and stepdad said they loved their salmon dinner. I’d go back.
