Auburn Hills, MI
Excellent, clean facility. Not crowded. Staff is friendly and helpful. They are open 24/​7, which includes holidays and unstaffed front desk hours. That’s hard to find! Equipment is updated. Their locker rooms are clean and come with code-​locking lockers, so you don’t have to bring your own lock (so nice!). Spinning classes are lacking, though.

The classes are fun and a great workout. Always feel comfortable even after hours. Its open 24 hours so its always easy to workout.
