First off, as someone who had braces once before in their younger days, I can have something to compare it to. And Dr. Candice and Dr. Shawn are some of the best doctors in town. Not only were they gracious and kind, but they explained my treatment in detail and never once got annoyed with my excessive questioning. I love how they truly care about the patients and making their smiles the best they can be. All I know, is that I smile brighter and wider because of them! Thank you guys for giving me my confidence back!

I’ve already tried to call twice and have gotten very ugly attitude from a receptionists. I just got off the phone with one right now that was extremely rude and had attitude. Today I called around 3:30pm. I got so bothered I decided not to make an appointment, AGAIN. Imagine how many other people have decided not to make appointments for the same reason???
