Stumbled across Ann Marie’s while visiting Blackhorse Pub and Brewery across the street. My boyfriend and I went for two slices of cheesecake: peanut butter and s’mores. I’ll caveat at this by saying we are HUGE fans of peanut butter so we LOVED the peanut butter. The s’mores was good — but the peanut butter is definitely our favorite. We spoke with the owner/baker for a bit. He was very nice and friendly, easily approachable. He bakes everything in the shop — they also had key lime and coconut cookies, chocolate shortbread cookies, biscotti and cinnamon rolls. We will definitely visit again to try more baked goodies. Definitely worth a visit. Only downside is that it was a bit hard to notice as there’s not really any sign advertising the shop just a folding chalkboardish sign saying«bakery is open».

So much potential but terrible hours. I work like most people and can’t seem to get there… And when I do, it’s closed!!! So frustrating. Wish this place worked out.

Excellent little store in the beautiful restored downtown area. There is no sign yet, so look for the storefront painted white across from Blackhorse Pub’s entrance. They make incredible baked goods(bought wheat bread and apple cinnamon rolls today) that have that scratch bakery taste. They work with local crafters and vendors to carry things like soap, fresh milk, cheese, and farm raised meats — also brought home some«free roaming nitrate free bacon» that is incredible. Definitely recommend a visit to this great, friendly store.
