I have been going here for 7 years. My wife, myself and my daughter. Cleanings every 6 months, and any other work he recommends. I had a run in with him a couple of years ago when a temporary crown came off and I asked him to wait just afew minutes until I got to the office at the end of a Friday to put it back on as I was going on vacation. He refused to wait. I gave in to my wife as she liekd the office and didnt want to change. Today, my wife and I went for a cleaning scheduled at 4pm. It was raining and it took a few extra minutes for us to get there, and we arrived at 4:05 on my atomic clock watch. When we walked in, their clock said 4:09. They said«we will have to see if we can still take you» My said their clock wa fast and they said we have several clocks arond the office at different times! We waited another 5 or 6 minutes and were told we wouldn’t be taken that day as we were too late, more than 5 minutes. We said we were not, it was exactly 5 minutes, and besides, we are a family of 3 paying customers for 7 years, doesn’t that count for anything. We were told no and given an attitude. Dr Tony didn;t even have the nerve to come out and say anything. Rudeness doesn’t even begin to describe them today. I immediately asled for our records and was told it would take a few minutes. I almost lost it on them to tbe honest. They are more than willing to take your money, but go forbid they need to have a little give and take. I now know where his mind set is, money money money, forget the patient. He obviously has too much business, avoid unless you want to be treated rudely at some point.
