A lot of these reviews are misleading. First and foremost i love the staff here. They are very very friendly. The amenities are nice and although i’ve only been living here for about 6 mths, they have done a terrific job of customer satisfaction. I’ve seen a lot of reviews on here giving a one star satisfaction rate, come on people, stop being so damn overly sensitive.

Went and looked and just loved the places. When took in deposit I found out we were very misled on a bunch of stuff. Needless to say I took my check back and we didn’t move here :(

I lived here between Oct 2014 — April 2015. I moved because of a PCS. I encountered very few problems while living here, and when I did they were taken care of satisfactorily. However, I had a pipe leakage from the sprinkler line in my bedroom in the middle of winter and it took upwards of a week for the repairs. My electric bill was horrendous! (about 120 dollars more than average!!)
The property is very pet friendly, complete with a dog park and a great congregation of dog-lovers there in the warmer months. The apartments are very nice and in a very good neighborhood considering it behind the mall. If I ever come back to Campbell and choose apartment living, this is the first place I would go.
