I shattered my knee December ’10 and have been a patient with the B&J Group since. The staff is freindly and curtious, and have gone out of there way to be helpful. My Doctor is caring and allows me to be a part of the situaution. The double edged sword of the practice is 9 out of 10 times I have spent 20 to 30 minutes waiting past my appt time however, when it’s my turn with doc it’s all about me and he doesn’t appear to be rushed making the wait worth it everytime.
