Bos Cycle Shop

Worst customer service ever, very unprofessional shop!!! Beware if you leave parts there or owe him money.
The owner started an argument with me over a part that I had brought into the shop to be replaced. It turned out that the part did not need to be replaced and only the battery needed replacing. I paid for the service and left, everything was good.
I forgot to take the unused parts with me and called the shop about a month later to inquire about picking up the parts. Once I went into the shop to pick them up Bo was very confrontational about giving the parts back and would only give them back after a long, ridiculous argument in his office. The whole time Bo was shaking and completely unreasonable. He was so bad that I could not even talk to him and had to talk to his son. After awhile Bo turned his back and simply refused to talk to me at all. Once my son and I left the shop he slammed the door behind us.
No customer should have to go through what I did just to simply pick up a part that was left in the shop. I strongly recommend against using this unprofessional shop for any type of service be it motorcycle repair, custom bike building, powder coating, sand blasting, or otherwise.
