Constantly dropped signal from isp. Been doing it for a year. I’m not hopeful of anything to change. If I could switch I would.

When we moved to Clarksville, Charter/COMCAST is the only company that spelled my name incorrectly. Now I am flooded with SPAM email, regular mail and phone calls all looking for the person with my misspelled name. The internet and cable service is less that good, and clearly they sell your information to third party companies. I highly recommend that you DON’T use this company. If you have any other options, choose that one.

Won’t let me put zero stars. Worst internet service EVER. On our fourth router and third modem ‘but it must be our router…’. Yeah right. Can’t express how bad customer service is. Good luck getting anything other than a busy signal. So done with Tennessee and it’s third world ‘charms’…

The internet is works great. The cable channels should be organized more conveniently. Direct tv does better with it. The installers did a bad job. They filled my trash can with cables and left a broom. They also did not reinstall the door for the crawl space. Make sure you watch them carefully when they are installing.

The quality of the Charter cable and internet service is mediocre at best; the customer service however, is terrible. I’ve lived about a dozen different places in the US and hence had about a dozen different cable and internet providers. Charter in Clarksville is likely the worst I’ve had. Any issue I have takes at least 3 months to resolve and finally after 4 tries to get the autopay on my bill fixed, I am canceling my service. If the customer service representative can’t figure out what the last representative did to your account, maybe you should hire better reps…

We only have internet with Charter. I’ve never had our internet go out like a lot of people complain about with CDE Lightband. They did take a bit longer than usual for installation but that was because they were training someone. They did come out a handful of times the first month which was kind of creepy. I guess they were checking to make sure we weren’t stealing cable? We had a tech out to look at our wiring. When he told me the normal fee and I explained I would do it myself for the price, he got on the phone with his boss and got it approved for free. The only reason we’re cancelling service is they don’t provide it in the new area we moved to.
