I love love love Chipotle. I am never disappointed when I eat there. Although it can be pricey, I paid nine something for one burrito today, it is worth it. The burritos are huge and delicious. Nothing like Taco Bell’s little burritos. A person has an option of a bowl or burrito, but I prefer the burrito. Whatever option one chooses, you decide what goes into your choice. Today, I got one with brown rice, chicken, black beans, sour cream, and guacamole. I could barely eat it all. It was so filling I felt like a stuffed burrito. I’ve only had trouble with a burrito falling completely apart once at a Chipotle, and it was at this one. It WAS annoying, I can see why people complain about that. I was like«for this I should have gotten the bowl.» I actually emailed corporate about it lol and they told me they«can’t control how someone rolls a burrito.» Oh well lol. I guess like another reviewer said, «it is a hit or miss.» Luckily, that was the only time my burrito fell apart. As far as the location, it is always busy; I think because it is relatively new or because the food is good. It opens at 11 am and I got there at a little passed, and there were already several people there. It appeared as if it had been open an hour, not mere minutes. In my surprise, I asked the girl what time they opened, and she said 11, as I thought. I told her it looked as if they had been open longer and she said it is because people line up waiting for them to open. That should attest to how good the food is there. I have never dined in or used their restrooms so I can’t remark on that, but as far as the customer service it is sadly lacking. It feels as if they rush you through the line. The first girl server annoyed the heck out of me. She barely allowed me to look at the menu. I had just walked up and was reading it, and she kept asking me what I wanted. I had to tell her to «hold on I am trying to figure that out». She acted as if there was a long line behind me when there was no one behind me at all. -.- But if you’re just looking for a place to get good food to go and can ignore rude teeny boppers then don’t overlook this place.

Let me start saying I love Chipotle. I have driven 30 miles before just to have chipotle. Absolutely my favorite restaurant. However last week I got take out which was not edible. Both my meal and wife’s was horrible. Food was ice cold. Chicken was over seasoned. Lettuce had a large piece of the stock in my bowl. The part that everyone else throws out. Will not be back to this chipotle again. Which just sucks because I love chipotle !

I love chipotle, really I do, just not this one. The place was dirty, tables were dirty, floors had food all over the place. Went to get sweet tea and it was not sweet tea. Still not why I gave it one star. After eating I used the restroom and again dirty. But the worst was the soap dispenser was not working properly so you really had to work to get soap… Then the faucet wasn’t working, no water. So how did the employees wash there hands??? Gross… This place needs the health department to stop by!!!

I enjoy chipotle, however this location is a hit or miss. I went about two weeks ago around 9:15 pm, and the girl told me the chicken was not fresh and had been sitting out longer than 30 minutes. My burrito was poorly rolled, it feel apart in the foil before I could even think about picking it up.

The food is good. Just get a bowl(because they cant roll a burrito and give attitude when asked to reroll) and ignore the robot customer service and dirty place, you’re good to go.

I loooooove how they have awesome vegan options, but they can’t seem to make a burrito right. Every single time I go here(which is a lot because they are one of the few places I can eat) and order a burrito they over stuff it and can’t wrap it up, even when they use a second wrap its still messed up and can fall apart. I just don’t have this problem when I go to other Chipotle’s but always do here, why!!!

Steak Burrito. Yum! Really too much for one person. It’s a lot to eat with a fork or help! Lol. Steak was very bland but with lots of add ins, cheese, brown rice, black beans, tomatoes, guacamole it was flavorful! Certainly worth trying!

Still the same HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll just take by business someplace else, or just make my own burrito…

The food isn’t too bad. The«quesadillas» kinda suck though. The cashier is always rude. Today she was especially bitchy. Hey, I was having a pretty crappy day too, but I didn’t take it out on her, though maybe I should have!

I thought I had previously managed to find the worst chipotle in the country– Colonial Heights, VA. I was wrong. It’s here in Clarksville, TN. How do you mess up a chipotle? Manager should be fired. Quality control is non-existent. Meat is over cooked, every time. Employees are rude and argue in front of customers, place is filthy, line is slow, and they are always out of SOMETHING.

This was my first trip to a chipotle restaurant so I was pretty hyped up! So many people have told me the food was very good. They were out of steak when I got there which probably would’ve made it better but I went with the chicken instead. The food was a little bland, which I was disappointed about. And the price was a bit higher than I was expecting as well. $ 25 for two burritos and bowl, no drinks and no chips. Overall a decent experience and I will most likely try another one at some point. One thing I will say is the portions are huge! So if you’re hungry, then this will definitely hit the spot

Great Vegan Options and fresh food I was so excited to be staying at a nearby hotel and see this restaurant just off the highway because usually they are nowhere near highways. I wanted to try their sofritas-their non-GMO tofu filling. So I got one for me and two for my kids. Now both their black and pinto beans are vegan friendly so I tried both and the kids liked both. I was pleased that brown rice was an option and both rice selections are vegan. Restaurant was well staffed so no wait to speak of, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the food ingredients. So happy to finally try their sofritas, will definitely stop here again if I come back through town!

Typically I really enjoy this place. But they really skimped on the meat tonite. My wife’s burrito was half its normal size. Very disappointing.

It becomes increasingly harder every time we go to justify this location. The food is good and Nate Appleman has created great recipes that are consistent. The problem is this location, not Chipotle at large. Do you remember when starbucks first opened and it was like a huge deal to say medium instead of grande? This location fancies itself pretty upscale and the staff is very good at letting you know that you are doing something wrong. The music in here is deafening, to the point where there is shouting at the ordering line followed by lots of questions and more shouting. EVERYTHINGISEXTRA! If you ask for extra it literally stops the process so they can inform you that it will cost more and is that ok . The staff is rude. I have had a few select people do the right thing but every other time I have to prepare myself before going in. The dining room is cold. Temperature and ambiance both. My kids will sit there but I would not go as far as saying it is kid friendly. Lastly, it’s good food, difficult staff, temperamental environment. We have to really want it and then convince each other that we don’t want to go somewhere else.

I’m sure chipotle tastes similar for all locations. So, this review will focus on other aspects of this restaurant. The customer service is above average. It isnt too bad, and it isnt too great either. Ive been here many times, and I haven’t experienced any problems. They seem fair in giving you what you want. The restaurant itself is clean. The lines are short.

Two words: Patron Margaritaaaah… Burrito bowl with double steak. Great chips. Great guac. Order your ‘usual’ from their app. Best fast food joint period. Anyone with a review lower than 4-stars needs their stomach examined…

Chipotle is always a friend of mine. You made Denver proud! …However… If anyone else knows the premise of chipotles free range/humane raised farm products/animals named Bob and Sally that had a good long«happy» life before becoming an Americanized burrito, you would feel happier consuming happy poultry and four legged farminals… Or would you? (Go veg!) Much to my dismay, I saw a sign at this particular chipotle that read something like this, «due to the shortage of products we are using local chicken bought products… «(not verbatim) I couldn’t help but wonder if Chipotles integrity was compromised in this shortage. They will give you the bare minimum of rice and beans and because I’m vegetarian I asked for extra beans after which i was drowning in beans. Otherwise, it’s standard chipotle and satisfies my burrito fix.

Update: returned here on 23 May only to confirm post below. Food is great chipotle standard, however the service is terrible. Employee rolled eyes/breathing heavy. Seriously? Who is managing this place? A teenager? Chipotle restaurants food quality is super healthy. If you haven’t watched their documentary on Netflix I suggest you do, if you care about healthy eating it was very informational. Anyways, I love Chipotle. Their ingredients are superior, fresh, and portions are very generous. Just to give you some insight, they only use 100% beef from grass fed animals. Other food places that sell tacos on the other hand may offer quality meat that is cannibalized; much like some of the poor quality meat that slipped through the cracks during mad cow disease pandemic and current grade of meat served in prisons. Just saying… know what you’re putting in your body. When this place first opened up the only negative about it was the long wait no matter what time you tried coming. I’ve been back several times and now they’re a little slower preparing the meals, often having to repeat myself over, and the employees just seem annoyed(although they do maintain their cool). You really need excellent management in a place like this because these folks do get worked. I could only imagine how many people they serve and are expected to prepare the dishes in a zip. However, as long as I’m paying $ 10 for a burrito, and when you’re paying for a family you easily spend $ 50 here, I will continue to expect nothing but the best both in food quality and in customer service. So until you step up your game in the service I will give you a 3-star rating.(Now a 2)
