Clarksville Imaging Center

When I walked in the older lady with bangs behind the glass opened it. I said «good morning» and she did not speak back. I handed her my ID and she read my chart. She then looked up and asked «if my bladder was full. «I told her yes and she gave me a chart with highlighted sections to complete. After I completed the chart I returned to the window. She opened the window, took the chart, handed me my ID and closed the window without saying a word. I’m not sure what was going on with this particular receptionist but she is not welcoming and being at the front desk interacting with patients is definitely not the place for her. There was a younger receptionist however that was very friendly and welcoming to incoming patients. Unfortunately for myself I was not able to interact with her. I am only here for an ultrasound so I will not have to deal with such rude customer service from her again. I just know to pick a different place for imaging if referred off post again.
On a positive note, the lady who did my ultrasound (younger blonde lady) was very friendly and welcoming. She greeted me, explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable.
