I created a Unilocal account just to write this review… I went to Dr. Bizers today 8.6.12 and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff who greeted us as we walked in was rude, we were told to sit down at a desk with a woman who smelled like urine, she was rude and all of the staff was right there talking about a mean child, they were so into this conversation that they interrupted the woman we were sitting at the desk with to talk about the child, then we were kinda tossed a clipboard and told to go fill out paperwork in the waiting room which is about 12 chairs and was full. The wait wasn’t too terrible, they called us over to have the puff of air blown in and took look at the eyes, the woman was much older and she was even rude, she pushed my clients head to the machine without explaining anything and kept telling her to get her hair out of her eyes in a very stern way, from there we were told to go back to the waiting room there we sat until the Dr called us back, he was a young presentable man who was the only nice person there. After seeing him we were told to go pick out some frames, we had to ask for someone to help us find out what insurance covered, then we were left alone, no one even attempted to help us, and when I walked up to a desk to ask for help, I was told to sign in, I asked what am I signing in for? This was the same woman that smelled like urine, she said so I can check to see if your glasses are done. Ugh this place was a mess, I simply said we picked out some frames and since no one has helped us I wanted to tell someone we found our frames now can we get some assistance, she walked away without saying anything, so I walked to ask someone else for help and the first woman I had asked for help said here they will be ready after noon(matter of factly). I said ok and we left. I will not return to the business even if it were the only place that accepts my insurance!
