I came here not too long ago. I went to see if they can fix my glasses. Btw I’m not so well with English. So i called my sister to see if she could understand and when i gave her the phone and she rolled her eyes and said «hello?!» exactly how i putted it. But I went about a week ago, I went and asked another lady she was willing to and was very kind about it. Not sure whats going on here. :(:

This is our first time here so my review is based off of this one experience. Everyone there was friendly. We were walk ins but I had called beforehand with my info. We were called back right away. I probably would’ve given them 5 stars if the tech had walked my daughter through the process. She’s 11 and hasn’t ever needed glasses before. With that said, she was very startled when the machine shot out a puff of air into her eye. The optomitrist was very kind and patient. We were able to get her glasses the same day because the lab tech was there. Very happy with today’s visit.
