I visited this shop after Batteries Plus told me my wrist watch was dead. I was greeted by two employees and one of them offered to take a look at my watch. I browsed the shop for about 5 minutes then returned to the counter. The employee explained why the watch appeared to be broken and detailed the steps he took to repair it. I was only charged for the replacement battery. The employees then chatted with me about their inventory and offered ideas for Christmas gifts. All-​in-​all, I was very pleased with the service and I would recommend this shop.
