Lasaters is the perfect stop for coffee, tea, a bite to eat, or something sweet. They have an excellent selection of flavors for delicious handcrafted beverages. The drip coffee is very good, too. All of their beans are locally roasted and very fresh. Lasaters also carries a great variety of organic teas. They also have breakfast, lunch, and pastries to pair with your cup of joe. The baristas are always friendly & helpful, and make your experience delightful. The inside of the café is beautiful, and the drive-thru is very nice if you are in a hurry. If you haven’t given Lasaters a try yet, or you are traveling on Interstate 24, stop by! You won’t be disappointed.

One of the best kept secrets in Clarksville and very happy to hear they are coming to Nashville

Coffee is expensive. I mean more than Starbucks expensive, and everything I’ve ever ordered here has been so hot I can’t even drink it for 10 minutes.(A better barista would be able to fix this.) The Hwy 76 location is the only one worth visiting as it has 4 great«get work done» booths that provide comfort and privacy. The rest of the seating at this location and the other locations are horrible. Tables are wobbly, too close together, and give you no privacy to have a conversation or work in peace. Coffee is a strong B+, and is my go-to place when in Clarksville.

I like this place because it isn’t Starbucks and because the staff is super friendly. I think they have a great food menu, but could make some improvements to their ingredients(aka, better quality cheese on the sandwiches, better quality bacon, etc). The atmosphere is perfect. I often meet my work clients at a coffee shop, and prefer this quiet and private dining area much more than a loud coffee shop.

I live in Seattle and this is still my favorite coffee spot. Blended Caramel Mocha is amazing. I love lasaters, their coffee is delicious and fresh, Starbucks ain’t got nothing on this place. It’s quite and peaceful, good place to study and think, bring head phones if your planning on staying past 30 minutes though the music will get on your nerves after a while, really wish they would switch it up.

I’m not sure what kind of drinks people are getting we but their Americano and Black coffee is awful. I think it might just be my luck with whichever barista is working but the coffee is bad. I’d hate to give them a bad review but I gave them two chances and each time it was pretty bad. I could make a better cup of coffee at home. :/sorry. It’s not good coffee.

Good wifi and coffee for the money. Mega-blasting, Christian rock is just as annoying as the mega-blasting hipster rock at Starbucks though. Have been there 4 times to work in studies and had to ask all four time for them to turn it down. :(-1 star To be constantly prostheletized by two DIFFERENT Southern Baptist Bible study-groups(apparently 99% of the clientele,) when you are a Christian yourself) can get annoying. This happened twice in one visit.(yes I have found Jesus, and Yes, I’m already saved. Thanks.) :/ Dint get me wrong. Relaxing, gentle Bible style is great. Theological arguing is better saved for somewhere else. I’m studying back here, thanks… :/ –1 star Other than that behavior being encouraged, it’s fun and friendly. Military discount too. +1 star

Got a cappuccino this morning and it was fantastic! The taste was great but even more important it was an actual cappuccino as opposed to Starbucks who serves a latte and calls it a cappuccino. The service was friendly and prompt and there are plenty of tempting baked goods. This will be my new morning stop for coffee.

Great coffee shop! Just off I-24, this is a great place to take a break from a drive! Great service, fast free wi-fi, clean restrooms and great sandwiches! I’ll be back next time I’m driving I-24!

Quick. To the point coffee with a punch. The aroma draws you near and leaves with you as you sit and enjoy your beverage of choice. Mine today is a blended caramel latte… AWESOME!

I frequent this little coffee shop as it is close to my house and work. I sometimes come here when I get off early just to relax and read. It’s quiet, all the baristas are friendly, and the drinks are great! What I love about their drinks is that they aren’t as sweet as Starbucks’ drinks. I want to taste my coffee, not pure(or fake) sugar. Also, Lasater’s carries almond milk! They also have full breakfast and lunch options, and plenty of different seating. Come here for a relaxing moment, a laugh from a barista, or a lunch meeting. Highly recommend!

Lovely atmosphere, accommodating staff, taste is excellent! I keep reading these reviews about people picking Starbucks over Lasaters and I can’t help but guffaw. I am traveling through Tennessee on a road trip back home to the Pacific Northwest, Seattle, where Starbucks was invented, and stopped in at Lasaters. People who think Starbucks is a better choice either just don’t have taste buds left or don’t understand how to order coffee. Always pick Lasaters.

Go to Starbucks down the street… better selection and friendlier service. If you’re military, don’t show up in uniform expecting«equal treatment».

Some time ago, I reviewed a Lasater’s in a different part of town, and I was pleased by the coffee, but disappointed by the people behind the counter. Lasater’s, for the record, seems like a great business, and exactly the kind of thing I could get behind. They roast their own coffee in the Clarksville area, they seems to have their heads on straight, they support the troops(which is a bonus for me, an old army brat), their locations are clean, bright, and comfortable, and they really seem to like coffee, so it really felt like my kind of company. So I decided to give a different location a shot. And I am glad I did. I’ve been on an Americano kick, and Lasaters’s baristas did a great job making this excellent cup of coffee. Now, maybe I didn’t strike the right cord with them, and they were clearly busy, but I would have loved to hear more about the company from them, but I’ll let that slide, because they made my iced coffee fast, at a reasonable price, and made a great drink. Nashville is getting more and more coffee shops as time goes by, and I tend to fear that we’re going to hit critical mass sooner rather than later, but I hope Lasater’s is established somewhere near where I live before that happens. This is a great place that makes great coffee.

So I like the Starbucks coffee, but there’s rarely an open seat and even if there is, there’s no privacy for conversation. So we tried out this Lasater, which has great seating, even booths if you want privacy. The staff was friendly. The coffee was OK, not on Starbucks level yet.
