I like this Lowes but the paint guy is a jerk and there’s a girl in customer service who needs a attitude adjustment. I can never get the price listed on things it says its on sale then it rings up wrong. Murray Ky location is better service and not as many people.

I went into Lowes (probably my 100th visit) and dealt with the lady working in the paint department. She isn’t native to the US, if this gives any Lowes managers a better idea on who she is.
I was attempting to find a dark red for an outdoor palette project. I found a swatch and she proceeded to tell me with an attitude that it’s «Only for the expensive paint, so you may want to find another color.» Insinuating that I wasn’t going to pay $ 30 for a gallon of paint.
I walked out and went to Home Depot to purchase Behr Ultra. Discriminating against people is not the correct way to operate a business.
Home Depot from now on. Much better customer service.

It’s not my usual Lowes but I enjoy this place. I stopped in to pick up some copper pipe and a circuit breaker for some projects around my rental house.
The guy working the electrical aisle was extremely helpful. I had a few basic questions about some of the conduit I wanted to use and he knew exactly what I needed better than I knew what I needed. Walked out with everything I needed so no return trips.
Definitely a great experience.

Took my first trip to Lowe’s tonight and had an excellent experience. I knew what I wanted and one of the great gentlemen knew exactly what I was looking for and even retrieved my item for me… and then grabbed a whole team to load it up. We were helped by about 5 employees, including the cashier and all were fantastic!
