Not a big fan of their pizza, but everyone in my party loved it so it was just me. The environment and beer choices are what sold me, and if you aren’t a pizza person the menu is very accommodating.

I have been a frequent guest of old Chicago for 3 years now. I have seen waitresses and managers come and go. I have to say that Byron is the man! He runs the restaurant like it is his own. We always know when he is on duty! Food is good an beer is cold! With that said, when you come in, ask for Nicole or Ashley to wait on you and you will get their undivided attention and a first class experience! Nicole is amazing and works hard for us!!!

Former frequent visitor but not now. Was once really good but the lack of imagination that is plaguing the World Beer and Mini Tour menus has driven some of us regulars to boredom. Quality and consistency of pizzas and other menu items is hit and miss these days. Good luck with the wait staff as well. Very impatient, un-attentive and not that well versed on the menus(beer and food). When they aren’t worried about smoking or talking to their boyfriends, you may get what you ordered.

The pizza had decent flavor, but was served room temperature. The place was not busy at all and they left us sitting and clearly forgot about our food. The waitress just had really bad customer service all around, no personality and did not follow up on refilling drinks/etc.

Very decent pizza. Service might have been a bit slow, but it was very crowded even on a weekday when we went here for dinner – and we were fairly large group(8). I think everyone enjoyed what they ordered. My pizza crust was very good.

Went for lunch and things were good. The staff seemed overworked, so customer service looked like a chore. I will return to see if that visit was a fluke.

Overpriced, VERY overrated mediocre pizza. Pizza hut actually tastes better and its cheaper.

Good pizza. We like to do the lunch buffet! It comes with a soup or salad and if you still have room you get a cookie. ;)

Love the food, the atmosphere is welcoming and if you are a football fan, there are plenty of televisions to catch the game. The staff is friendly and the service is fast! We plan on catching trivia night soon as well. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here several times and have always had great service, I’ve had the double deckeroni and meat me Chicago style, both of which are good. Last time I tried the margarita one(guessing it’s new) which I wasn’t a fan of, cheese was just thick and too many tomatoes. Mostly I love a drink they have there(non-alcoholic) called the pink Hawaiian, it’s not on the menu anymore but can still be ordered just ask and it’s amazing if you like tropical or sweet type drinks.

Dont know why I keep hoping this place will improve. I like the idea of pizza and Football, but the food contiues to decline. I would stay clear of this location. Hopefully other OCs are better from a food standpoint. Service staff makes a good effort, but at the end of the day the food is horrible. I will not be back.

This is a restaurant in a little town called Clarksville in Northern Tennessee not too far from Fort Campbell. After driving around a little bit in the town(its not very big at all) we settled on this place. Obviously so had everyone else as they were pretty busy and we were given one of those light up pagers to let us know when our table was ready. The main dish here is the pizza, but there were also some good looking burgers and sandwiches that I saw passing by the table. You order your pizza by selecting the style Tavern style(which is kind of thin and crispy crust), or Chicago style(a deeper dish style) then you select the type of pizza, we went with the classic which was pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and garlic, tavern style. it was ok, good and cheesy but lacking the punch that I expected from a truly great pizza. I think it was the crust that wasn’t properly seasoned, and the sausage was a bit milder than I would have liked. But not a bad pie per se. The highlight is the selection of draft beers, they had one of my favorite beers on draft, Cold Mountain from Highland Brewing in Asheville, and several rotating taps for local star breweries like Yazoo, Jackalope, Tennessee Brew Works, etc. Our waitress was very friendly(almost to the point of being overly fake if anyone out there understand what I am saying here) but one can not fault her of being inattentive and she was helpful when it came to helping with selections. All in all a good place to eat… perhaps the only real place to eat if and when you ever find yourself in Clarksville, TN.

Forgot to write a review for thr last two times i came here. The first time it was okay. The food(ordered personal pizza, and salad and husband ordered calzone) was tasty. However, it took almost an hour to get our food served after ordering. Good thing we had appetizers, which were out kind of late as well. The second time me and my husband went just for drinks on a friday night. We ended up paying $ 18 dollars for drinks that were pretty much just juice and coke. When I asked our waitress about it she just said«It should have the required 1.2oz of liquor in it and if you want an extra shot it in you’ll have to pay extra». Of course we left right after. Pro: Good food(pizza) Cons: mediocre service/waitress, slow service, horrible mixed drinks

Ask for Nicole. Her sweet personality and pleasant demeanor was the second reason we came back two days in a row; If Brooke waits on you, you might be deterred from re-visiting! Any who, the pizza crust was amazing; both styles were delicious for their respective textures. The sauce was not too tangy nor too sweet, and the amount was perfect. The cheese was rich, plentiful and flavorful(as every other component) — The best pizza in the area, hands down! The place was busy Saturday and Sunday, but there was no wait. Nicole(the waitress), was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was satisfactory/enjoyable…We will be back once he returns from vacation, week after next! The dessert was overcooked, but there is a thin line between done and dried out, but either way: the caramel wasn’t rich, the bun wasn’t buttery and the crunchy topping? Meh. Although we heard it’s usually awesome, so we’ll try another time! :-D

My husband and I usually do takeout on Friday nights here. For a popular restaurant they sure cannot get out order right or packaged correctly. This week I got the buffalo chicken rolls. No buffalo sauce on the rolls and the lid was missing to the dip. Needless to say it was all over. Got the jalapeño pretzel bites — missing the pretzel, it was just dough and no lid on the cheese dip. Which of course got all over. Atleast they got the calzone right. Just sloppy service. Not unusual. Check your order before you leave.

I went here for the first time tonight and wow! That was some of the best pizza I’d ever had! The mozzarella cheesesticks were good, and the pizza. Whoa! I had pepperoni on both sides and sausage on one. The sausage was perfect as was the pepperoni. The service was good as was the décor. In the future, Old Chicago will have many dollars with my name on it.

Food is great. But I just ate there and my wife ordered the fried«pickles». This is the first time I have ever seen anything like this. They need to change the name of the item as fried«pickle» as in singular not plural. Heck you can’t even call it a pickle. It was like the took a pickle, cut it in half, then sliced up that half and fired it and put it on the plate. Ridiculous! Never seen anything so cheap in my life.

My husband and I come to Old Chicago often. It says so much about how awful the dining choices are in Clarksville that this is one of the best places to eat for a reasonable price. The beer is always cold, the service is excellent and the pizza… damn! So good. The personal pizza is a perfect size, the chicken tortilla soup was very good(I want the recipe) and the wings were great. They have all drums, so that’s a huge plus. We watched the Denver and 49ers game at the bar area and the ambiance was upbeat and friendly. Once suggestion is that additional servers are hired. We waited for 30 minutes and there were tons of open tables. We love this place and will come back!
