Pizza Hut

Literally the worst service I’ve ever received from a pizza place, and as a college student, I know pizza delivery. First of all, we ordered online and set the delivery time to 7:45, which I thought was a neat feature, and would have been what we needed. Instead, it arrived 45 minutes early. Not a huge deal, right? The delivery guy calls and says he’s downstairs. I go downstairs and he is nowhere to be found. I call him back and talk him through how to get to my side of the apartment complex, which I wrote directions for three separate times in the delivery comments, directions, etc. He pulls up to the dimly-​lit dumpster area on the opposite end of my building, roughly 50 years from the well-​lit porch, and makes me come to him to get my pizza. Too sketchy. Then, he says «Oh, you paid with card? I forgot a pen.» Since I didn’t have one either, he did not get a tip because that’s how I was planning to tip him. After getting locked out of my building because I did not bring my keys to get me back in (because I didn’t anticipate doing something that looked like a drug deal at the dumpster and expected him to actually bring me my food), we open it up to chow down and it was the saddest looking pizza I’ve ever seen. If I pay $ 35 for two pizzas, they need to be the best pizzas I’ve ever had, not something that literally looks worse than a $ 5 pizza from Little Caesars.

This is one of the best Pizza Hut stores I have used. The manager is always friendly, knows my wife by her name and place of business. The pizza has always been correct, on-​time or even early and the drivers have never been anything but polite and courteous to me. The pizza is always hot and fresh. Thanks Lonnie and crew!

AWFUL. I ordered from this location and they got lost trying to find my workplace. Driver gets here and doesn’t even apologize and then my order was wrong! SAVE YOUR TIME. DON’T EVEN ORDER FROM HERE.

Great pizza, made fresh and fast service and they are always customer friendly. I recommend this place to anybody who wants some good pizza.
