I’ve been through virtually every major boot brand and for a few years now have settled on Red Wing boots. I’ve purchased from other Red Wing retail locations before, but the staff at this particular location was outstanding. The manager, (Adam, I believe?) knows what a good fit is, and assured me I would be completely satisfied, if I’m not, they will get me to be! No other company I’ve dealt with has that level of customer service. IF I needed to purchase boots more often, I would be here more, but luckily, Red Wings are the only boot I’ve owned that lasted longer than a year. Fantastic product.
