Just found out about this wonderful dental office due to a referral from my periodontist. My general dentist retired and I was unhappy with others in the area. I had the privilege of meeting with Dr. Wall and his staff and agree with the recent review by Jean J. The support staff are incredible with their pleasant personalities, gentle approach, charm and thorough examination. They all made me feel at ease. Dr. Wall was great. I loved his approach as he listened to me and checked x-​rays carefully. He didn’t rush me even though the office was very busy. I was treated like a first-​class patient, an old friend even though this was my first time there. This will not be my last time. Dr. Wall thanked me for coming in but I thanked him for taking me on as a new patient. Richview Dentistry is my place to go for dental work. Easy to find right on Richview Road and Warfield in the row of medical offices.

I was told that Dr. Wall was the best dentist in town. I have to say that he definitely has A++ support staff as well. The receptionist is quite charming and chatty. They had a cancelation and fit me in a couple weeks before my scheduled appt. The office is relaxing and clean. The best experience was provided by the dental assistant. Lindsey was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!! She was real, down to earth, great sense of humor and a type A personality. Now I always tell the business that i am their easiest patient because i just go with the flow. She maintained a chatty conversation with me while she cleaned my teeth. She was very through and even measured my sulcus depth (Shocker). I don’t think i have ever had such a detailed oral examination. She even palpated under my tongue for oral masses! What? Who does that? She does and it’s awesome! Could tell that she loved her job and had a great sense of humor. I am pretty brassy and just tell it like it is kind of person and she matched me pretty well. She was honest and gentle with the floss. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Wall may be a great dentist but i had even more respect for him when he listened to concerns that she noticed with my teeth. He seems like a great guy to work for because he values his staffs opinions and insights. Glad to know that i was cavity free. I would recommend this practice to anyone that needed general oral work done. :)
