Our water heater started leaking while we were away for a weekend. It filled our basement with steam and hot water for a couple of days. There were dark circles of mold growing on the walls. It was a freaky sight, and we thought it would be a total loss. Servpro of Montgomery County was there within about an hour & half and started to work building a containment shelter around it immediately. Some of the drywall had to be removed, but they were able to restore my basement and almost all of my contents, including my firearms. They communicated directly with the insurance adjuster and it all went very smoothly and quickly. It was a tremendous relief. They were polite and professional and fast.
