I was trying to have them install my cruise control. They would not use the provided documents from MOPAR to pull the instructions online. They told me to bring them directions and would install it. I spoke with Nick numerous times and he said to email the directions I pulled up to him and he would get back to me. Of course I hear nothing I was totally blown off, I will be taking all my business elsewhere.

Be aware they charge you $ 15 for parking overnight in their lot even though it is posted no where and they don’t inform you of this. When I called them out on this they offered to only charge me half. I am sorry but half of what I don’t owe you is still $ I don’t owe you. Rip off specialists!

First, let me warn you… this is going to be a long review because I have a lot to say about Sonus Car Audio of Clarksville, TN! But hopefully, this will be the only review you need if you’re on the fence about who to trust with your car’s audio needs. I have a 2010 Tucson that was in desperate need of some audio upgrades, so I paid Sonus a visit to see what they could do. If you’re familiar with the Tucson, you know there are not many options for placement of a subwoofer without sacrificing cargo space and making access to the spare tire difficult(something I did not want to do). I had high hopes, but low expectations — but only because I lack the imagination and creativity that the guys at Sonus have in spades! When I arrived at Sonus, the first thing I noticed is that the shop itself is gorgeous. It doesn’t have the look of a cookie-cutter box store or a junky clunky back alley garage. The shop screams«Artisans Live Here»! Ok, so I spoke with Nick, who carefully listened to my concerns and more importantly, he asked me a bunch of questions about things I hadn’t even considered. He took the time to show me the differences between the various speaker configurations, until we arrived at a solid package for the Tucson. We went with the following set up: Pioneer 3500 Touch Screen DVD Receiver w/XM module, an active Energy front stage, Hertz HCP5 channel amplifier, Audison Bit Ten D signal processor, and a Hertz Energy woofer in a custom-fabricated enclosure that takes up ZERO cargo space! I love, love, love my audio system and the custom enclosure is truly a thing of beauty. It’s wrapped in material that makes it look like it came off the assembly line that way!(No more wimpy factory radio — if I want to, I can now make my ears bleed!!!) But in all seriousness, I am now hearing my music in ways that I never have before. I had no idea what I was missing until I got the new system installed. Simply amazing. I was so happy with the work that they did on my audio that I went back a couple of months later to have a Viper Remote Start system installed. It works perfectly too. I’m now to the point that I’m just going to start thinking up stuff for them to do to my car, because I honestly believe they can do anything! They should really change their name to «Sonus Solutions» because they do so much more than just audio. When it comes to car interiors, I’d be willing to bet if you can dream it, they can build it. I was at the shop the other day with a friend who was looking to upgrade the audio system that Sonus had installed for him a while ago and I was once again blown away by these guys. Watching Ray take measurements and listening to him & Nick discuss the options, I couldn’t help but be in awe of these geniuses. You can really tell that they love their work and they know their craft inside and out. They are just so good at what they do! I was equally impressed when Micah gave us a tour of the coveted fabrication room and talked about some of their current projects. He spoke with such enthusiasm. It’s so easy to see that he’s proud of his team and he also takes pride in this company. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying«you get what you pay for». This seems to be especially true in the world of car audio and interior work. I am certain that if you trust these guys with your vehicle, they will exceed your expectations in every way. They have certainly exceeded mine every single time. These guys are insanely talented. I’ve only had my system installed for about 4 months, but I have received several positive comments and inquiries on it. Everyone that sees it and hears it is impressed. I am not one to write reviews but I have been so blown away by Sonus Car Audio that I just had to tell the world! They are artisans in every sense of the word. Well, I think artisans with a hint of mad scientist. Check out their portfolio of work on their Facebook page or at their shop and you will see what I mean. They’re just amazing! Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have an idea for a custom locking console with pistol storage that I want to pitch to the guys at Sonus… if it comes to fruition, I’ll write another review!(P.S. I also posted this review on Google… I want to make sure people see it!)

I brought in a stereo to have installed from another seller, but they installed it without an issue of its whereabouts. Getting an estimate was tricky since they have a categorized labor-cost system for customizing every aspect of the install. Aside from a small one inch crack on the dash from the installation, the install went fine. Although a small detail was forgotten in the installation, I was able to get an appt for the next business day and the install was completed without extra charge. I’m impressed with their service, attention to detail, and selection of products(such as alarms, stereos, subs, and amps) and I plan on returning to add headrest monitors and an amp and subwoofer to my truck. The expensive cost for the install was worth it

I needed someone to install an Alpine navigation and components and started shopping around and didn’t really see anyone that impressed me. I friend recommend I contact Nick from Sonus and tell him what I had in mind. He worked around my schedule and even tho it took a little longer than we expected it was well worth the wait. The attention to detail and cleanliness of install is more than I imagined, I thoroughly enjoy the setup. He didn’t even mind I had changed my mind a little and wanted to add a camera and additional amp and had the necessary equipment in stock to do the install. I highly recommend these guys, I even have recommended someone else who like me doesn’t mind the drive from Nashville to get a quality install. Thanks again Nick and Sonus!!!
