The food is excellent, homemade. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and the grape salad, both were very good. Atmosphere is laid back and comfortable and the staff is great. A wonderful find for a relaxing meal while shopping! Will definitely be back!

My son had a business lunch catered from this restaurant that he thought was very tasty, so he suggested that we dine here for lunch. I was not disappointed. The very friendly and helpful counter lady took our order and made suggestions that saved us a little money. I had the special, chicken cordon bleu, corn pudding, and pretzel salad with bread and tea. My son
had a chicken salad sandwich with three sides: spinach casserole, potato salad and mashed potatoes. All the food was very good. We may have found our favorite lunch spot.

LOVE this place! One of my favorites in town.
The menu isn’t large, but everything tastes home made and comforting. I especially like their sides, particularly the corn pudding and the pretzel salad.
The online ordering is really nice, and I like their grab-​n-​go options too. I’ve never eaten in, but every time I pick up food, the counter staff are friendly. It’s out of the way for me, so I wish they had delivery! (I believe they will for large orders)

Not in a great location, nor does it sit in a comfortable area of town… but what I ate for lunch was great. I went for a business lunch, but it’s probably more of a place to take your wife or for your wife to go with the girlfriends.
It seems like one of those places that probably does a ton of catering business, and has the café open on the side. Had the meatloaf sandwich and fruit tea. So great, I’ll return.

Everything here taste homemade! Feels like you went to your friends house and she made you lunch. Staff is amazing and sweet. Very attentive. My favorite is the soups lol all
Of them and grilled cheese is a must try.

This food here is incredible and homemade goodness! Super broad menu & the take home dishes are just as good! The sweets and baskets have been a life saver for baby showers and picnics too!

What a great surprise! This is not fine dining but good home cooking. I had the meatloaf sandwich and the chicken and dumplings soup. Both were very tasty. Yes, I will be back and this time will save room for desert.

I’m updating my review because I have really grown to love this place! Their salads are HUGE and so fresh (with real lettuce, no iceberg). The service is great and the fruit tea is delicious. It’s nice to have a place in town that cares about making good, quality food. I always get the chipotle salad, although the other ones look good too. And the homemade bread is yummy!

Great local restaurant! Food definitely tastes homemade. Clarksville support this one for sure! Eat local! Daily lunch special includes a drink and hands down a winner and cheaper over any fast-​food drive-​thru, gingham is worth the walk inside. GCGC possibly the best sandwich ever. Grilled cheese wrapped in Grilled cheese! One of my clarksville favorites!

The atmosphere and employees are great but the food is just sub par. The menu states fresh food but everything is pre made and then reheated when ordered. We all know that microwaving food changes the entire food structure. The warm food was mushy, watery, bland and lacking a crunch. The cold food was okay, had a little more flavor but wasn’t great. Sadly, we won’t be back.
