I always enjoy coming home after the people from Neat Nest have been to my house. They are professional and thorough as well as friendly and easy-​going. Sometimes it feels like they are friends who dropped by to help out rather than paid staff. And they don’t say a word of complaint about my sometimes chaotic bedroom. Thank you April, Tony, and all the employees of Neat Nest!

Very nice staff especially Tony and April. The group is always on time and flexible with scheduling. I love the smell of coming back to my home after they’ve been there. This family business has been around for awhile and recently changed their name. I recommend their services highly.

I am extremely happy with this family business that has been coming to my home every week for over the past 10 years. The staff is always on time and very friendly. I have a puppy that isn’t potty trained and you would never be able to tell by the fresh smell of my clean house. Not only do they leave the home spotless but Tony will also let my dogs out if I’m stuck at work and there have been numerous times April has helped out by organizing my hectic bedroom when my family was not able to. The Neat Nest is not just a cleaning business they become part of your family. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a friendly, flexible cleaning service at a great price.

Don’t waste your money, unless you like to have 3 gals come into your house, spend 3 hours acting like they were really working hard for a show. Again I say DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I am posting this review to inform people about this business’s duplicitous marketing practices. I hope to protect others from wasting their money as I wasted mine.
I live in Baltimore, and I found the Neat Nest listed in GroupOn deals for Baltimore. This company would better serve potential clients by clearly explaining that their business only serves the Columbia, Maryland area – nearly 30 miles away from Baltimore.
The coupon included fine print:
«Expires 180 days after purchase. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Valid only for option purchased. Limit 1 per visit. Limit 1 per household. Appointment required. 24-​hr cancellation notice required. Valid within 10 miles of 21 029. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.»
As is evident, the fact that the coupon was «Valid within 10 miles of 21 029» was virtually hidden. Now, I am a new mother to a four-​month old baby – yes, I am sleep deprived and could have read each line of the fine print more carefully. But I think it’s not asking too much for the company to more clearly explain where they are located and what market they serve.
The company refused to refund the $ 50, explaining that I could always «give the coupon away as a gift» — because one obviously would have friends in a random city 30 miles away.
