Madness is what comes to mind when we have to visit the local Toys R Us here. We went for the baby registry and were actually pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great and we were in and out within a couple of hours. My one huge complaint is the bathroom. I am sorry but a place that caters to mostly moms, kids, and pregnant women should have a clean and spectacular bathroom. This place does not.
