The staff here is so chill and nice! They always give out free stuff and fixed my Maintenance request within 15 minutes!

I’m sorry but the people who are saying this is a good place to live are clearly delusional. I lived here for one year and couldn’t wait for my lease to end. They make this place sound so great but it’s really a bunch of BS. Each person gets a small bathroom, bedroom, and tiny closet. I lived with three other people and it was $ 500 per month… so in all we paid $ 2000 a month. We could have had a huge house for that cost! The only reason I agreed to live here was because I was just transferring to APSU and there was no where else for me to stay since the dorms were full and I didn’t know anyone. I can say it’s nice that the apartments are furnished and include washers and dryers. The maintenance staff is one of the only things I actually liked about living here… they are just great! As for the parents saying they are happy about their kids moving here… you really shouldn’t be. There is partying constantly… loud clubs/bars right across the street… basically«hoodlums» outside your window til all hours of the night. It’s so hard to sleep and I can’t count how many times i was kept up because of these noises. The walls are so thin… I could hear the people up stairs having sex all the time… the people down below threw parties constantly and I was even told they were smoking crack down there… what the heck? why would you want your child to live here?! there were also lots of times when people would just leave bags of trash in the halls or beer bottles all over. There was vomit and pee in the stairways and elevators… it was just totally disgusting. As for parking… you have to buy a parking permit to park at your own apartment complex… how ridiculous is that?! like $ 500 per month can’t cover that expense?! The other frustrating thing is that they sell more parking permits than they have spots. It’s so ridiculous having to come home and not even be able to park at UL because very single spot is taken. They make it sound like a perfect place to live but it’s just not… i spent $ 6,000 to live in a total sh*thole.
