I’ve seen this Doc twice in a week’s time in the Allen Park office. First time was pretty quick, second time I waited for over an hour(wasn’t thrilled about that). But, staff are super friendly & was able to get an appointment quickly. Little concerned about how old the x ray machine is! *AMENDED9.15 If I could rate this prick –100 I would. There was a problem with my insurance, they originally paid the doctor and then took the money back stating I had not paid my monthly premiums.(I knew I had) So then I started getting large bills from the doctor 5MONTHS after the fact!!! When I called the office to dispute this, he was extremely unprofessional. I said I have explanation of benefits stating that the bill was paid off entirely. He would not listen to me and basically said I provided a service I expect to get paid xcetera. I completely agree with this however the way he went about it was rude and ridiculous. I contacted my insurance company, went through a whole process with them in which I had to prove that my premiums had in fact been paid. It was finally resolved and they realized their mistake and said it would be taken care of immediately and the doctor would be paid again in the full. Fast forward another couple months later and I start getting bills from this guy AGAIN. I called AGAIN telling him I have updated EOBS and again it says 0 that I owe. He claims the insurance company paid the bills again and again they took back the money a second time. Instead of going after the insurance company, he goes after ME the patient. He called and harassed me at work not once, but twice, for at least 20 minutes on the phone each time!!! He claims his office called multiple times to resolve the issue, I know they did not because I never received any voice mails from them. I get a phone call from his billing office today, and she tells me that he was mistaken. The insurance company that I had did the same thing with another patient and the doctor didn’t bother to check his records when looking into his big fat bank account and automatically assumed it was me. I then call the doctor today and said I think you owe me an apology in which he begins to argue with me again!!! Stating it’s not«his fault». Maybe if you carefully looked at your records you would have seen it was the wrong patient! I was absolutely furious and disgusted and hung up on him. AVOIDHIMLIKETHEPLAGUE. Competent doctor however zero bedside manner, long wait time, and God forbid something could possibly go wrong with your insurance. There are plenty of good doctors out there and you don’t want to deal with this prick!!!
