I just bought my new condo in October 2015 when I noticed that my water pump furnace wasn’t kicking on last week. I called Yates(got transferred to the owner at around 8:30PMET), a bit concerned about how much this was going to cost to replace/repair. The owner(I believe«Wayne») said that he was willing to come out there, but instead of charging me $$, he walked me through the steps to reset the furnace, and sure enough, within ten minutes, I was back up and running. Thank you for putting the customer first, Wayne. Very rare do we find business owners that look out for the clients vs. just the bottom line revenue/profit.
