Typical BJs box store– I always enjoy all the free samples :) but like any other typical BJs we’ve been to the self check out is terrible! It wastes so much more time waiting for the one associate who is working like 8 self checkouts! It makes you repeatedly scan the same items over and over again until then it decides it doesn’t want to work with you and forces the blinking light for the associate to swipe their card… I wish they had more people on actual registers instead.

If you like buying very large quantities of everything for a slightly lower price than a regular grocery store, like dealing with workers who appear to really hate their job, and have extra room in your wallet for another membership card then this is the place for you. If you do shop here don’t plan on grinding any coffee. Their grinders are very cheap and clog up easily. No worries though because the manager will lethargically come down the stairs and bang on the grinder for you. He will also let you know that some of the coffee is too greasy for the machine to handle. Which is odd because there may be some oil on the coffee but certainly no grease. Plus no other machines I’ve used have had any issues.

If you buy tires here, don’t expect service. I came here in the morning with a slow leak in a tire(which was purchased at another BJ’s) and was told that I would have to come back in 2DAYS to have it looked at. Anywhere else, this is a repair that could be done in 20 minutes. But thanks to BJ’s partnership with Monro at this location, I’m now forced to drive another 10 miles to try to get this fixed.
