I came here to buy a makeup product for my mom. The staff was rude and condescending. I know quite a bit about makeup even if I don’t always wear a ton of it. The lady kept talking to me like I was 5 and trying to explain that the foundation I was buying wasn’t appropriate for my skin tone. She refused to listen to me when I tried explaining that it was a gift for someone. I wound up asking her if I needed to make my purchase elsewhere. At that point another employee stepped in, apologized and sold me what I needed. I would have left and bought it somewhere else but I was on a time crunch.
Oh and the foundation that «wasn’t appropriate» for my skin tone. Perfect match (I only know because I was so mad I tried some of it out)
So ya. I don’t go to Macys anymore.
