I was looking for a while sandal to bring on vacation during work and found one on their website. I called and the lady said they only can locate one of the mates for the shoe and took my phone number to call me back if they found it. So I decided to call their other locations and none of them had the white sandal and told me to call this location. Less than ten minutes later the lady called me back and said she had found it in the back room. She said she would put it on hold for me since I’m traveling to the location and was very friendly and helpful!
Overall experience was a little stressful at first because I didn’t know they had the shoe at all but once it was found I felt relief!
