We preregiisteres for a room we canceled that reservation less than 10 hours from the reservation this super eight decide they’re going to keep our entire funds $ 300 for the five days that we pre-registered for we say do not ever book a reservation at this hotel their refund policies is for the birds there is no refund policy once you register. we were told by one of the employees at this hotel that they have a bedbug problem and that the owner is too cheap to replace the bedding she’ll rather just sprayed the room than replace the bed and I rate this hotel one star out of 20. choose wisely when you pick hotels that is all I have to say

My husband and I were traveling through the area and wanted an inexpensive place to stay for the night. Despite the reviews, we choose to stay here and we were pleasantly surprised. The lobby is small but pretty. We had a nice big room with a very comfortable king size bed. The room was a bit dated but had everything we needed including a small fridge and coffee maker. They gave us a coupon for the restaurant next door which we used and were very happy with our dinner. The only downside was we were on the second floor and there was no elevator. My suitcase was a bit heavy. And the wifi wasn’t working. Other than that it was good and we only paid $ 70.00.

Had to stay here for a week, during a long training session for my job with the US government, a few years ago, I should’ve looked into the reviews. One night they rented out a room to a bunch of very young kids who were drunk as Cooter Brown like 2 doors down from our room. After trying to ignore the screaming and pounding on the walls, the running up and down the hallways by our room door, at 1am, we finally called the manager. He stated that he had gotten several other complaints from other guests on our floor as well and that they would«take care of it». Yet, the noise, running and partying continued until around 4am that night, even though we had to call the manager once again to complain. We finally got to sleep at around 4:30 am and we had to be at our training sessions at 7am. When the next morning we mentioned this again to the manager. He basically made it sound like all of the guests on our floor were over reacting about all the noise. I’ve stayed in some dumpy hotels, but, this manager has the personality of a constipated rottweiler. I’d never stay there again.

I stopped here because I couldn’t find Hampton, it was dark and rainy, and I don’t see very well under those conditions. I expected to pay a whole lot less The daily rate is $ 79.00 plus tax. I could have had MUCH nicer accomodations at the Hampton, God, I wish I could have found it, I could have actually gotten some rest; banging and clanging ALL Night Long. I feel like I haven’t slept at all, and with a long day of driving ahead. I think next time, if this is my only option, I just hit a rest area for a couple of «Free» winks of sleep. Highly NOT Recommended. Spend the extra few bucks at Hampton.

My only minor complaint is that the walls were a little thin. But not more so than a lot of Hotels I’ve been in. Otherwise, everything was nice and clean with good accommodations. And we got a king size room for a total of less than $ 50. That’s hard to find anymore. Especially with pet friendly, breakfast and wifi.

We had been driving for 12 hours, and stopped here for the night. * Immediately smelled pot, which reeked all the way down the hall to the front desk. Real nice for my five year old. * There was black stuff on the shower’s wallpaper, which I guess is mold. * I immediately began sneezing when I arrived, but didn’t figure out that there was something that I was allergic to in the room until midnight. I called the front desk and asked if they gave us a Pet room, and he said no, there was no dogs there or cats or anything. I said that I thought I was allergic to the room, and that there must have been pets the night before, but he said, no, and wouldn’t help me. I took a few allergy meds, but by 3am i was really sick. I called and asked if they could give me a separate room, that the room was making me sick. he offered to swap our rooms, but at that point, with my five year old sleeping and my hubby sleeping, and stuff out of our suitcases and in the bathroom, I said, «listen, everyone here’s asleep, it will be disruptive to have to pack everything up and wake up my five year old, can you just put me in another room?» he said no, wouldn’t give us two rooms for the price of one. While I kind of understand his point, the fact i was SICK and that they had obviously NOT cleaned the room at all(I stay in hotel rooms about 12 times a year, have NEVER had this happen to me, but when i go to friends’ homes with pets, if they VACUUM and CHANGETHESHEETS, i don’t have an allergic reaction like that.) They apologized the next day, but only offered a 10 percent discount toward a future stay at that motel. yeah, right. They also said they«smelled» the room and said they didn’t smell anything like a dog; they checked the shower and didn’t see the black stuff; and that two managers that night didn’t smell any pot. So basically they called me a liar. Real nice.
