Simple and cheap grocery store. Not the most conventionally huge supermarket but has all the basic necessities. Plastic bags are $ 0.20 a piece and the carts don’t go past the outside sidewalk of the store.
Edit: They don’t take Amex but they do take Discover.

This Save A Lot is clean and well maintained. I normally buy canned goods and frozen vegetables from this location. Bring your own bags. If not you have to purchase them.
