Drew and his team were absolutely wonderful and helped us tremendously! Advanced Structural Repair completed very difficult/​tight structural work in a tiny crawl space when many others were unable or unwilling to help. He completed the work on schedule and in a professional manner. I would recommend Drew and his team to anyone!

Drew Vallery and his team at Advanced Structural Repair have been great to us. We bought a 100 year old house with structural issues in 2015, and Drew gave us a quote to help with our negotiations with the property owner before closing. After we bought the house and were ready to get the work done, he helped us finalize the scope, and we were happy with the work when it was done.
Drew is a great person to work with, he’s busy but easy to contact via phone, text and email. I really trusted his team and the work they did. Foundation work is never cheap but Drew helped us ensure we knew what we were getting done and why, and didn’t make us feel pressured into spending or doing more than we wanted to have done.

My company worked with Drew on a fairly large foundation repair in Durham because he was highly recommended by my structural engineer. They did exactly what they said they would do, on-​time and within the budget he estimated. We were very pleased.

Terrible customer service. Would take days to return a call. Wouldn’t respond to e-​mails. Always had an excuse as to why he forgot to return calls, give his estimate in a timely manner, etc. Doesn’t talk/​work past 5:00 apparently. His estimate came in the highest of 3. Save yourself the headache.
