I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you plan on visiting Clayton. Carol, who works the front desk, is a very rude person and does not want to help anyone. Even something as simple as asking for more towels resulted in a big attitude from her for no reason. The absolute worst customer service, awful wifi connection, and sub par rooms. We will not be staying here again.

I made a reservation direct at this hotel for a one night stay and gave a card number. When my plans changed, I call called the 800 number and the hotel direct to cancel 48 hours before the reservation and they could not locate the reservation for me to cancel. Shortly after returning home I found a charge to my credit card! This company seems extremely disorganized on the phone!
