I purchased a Living Social deal, and it has been impossible to get them to come over and actually clean my house. Per the Living Social coupon, the method to contact them is via their website. I tried that in August, and received the standard «Thanks for contacting us» email, and then nothing. I then tried calling the company directly and emailing, still nothing. After over a month of no response, I contacted Living Social, who investigated. I think they were the ones that got Kustom Kleaning to call us back, because then I finally got a call in October and scheduled a cleaning.
So, I arranged my work schedule to be home at our scheduled time (December 2), and then they did not show up. I called and emailed the company, and have not heard from them. It has been over a month.
I will never attempt to use this company again.

It would be nice to be able to rate them on their cleaning service, but we’d have to get through to book an appointment first.
I have never experienced this level of non response from a place. No one answers the phone, calls aren’t returned, emails are bouncing back. I’m very disappointed.

I came across this company via a Living Social deal. They do a great job when they show up. I live in a small 2BR Apt and they were able to clean and dust everything I had asked. The staff is very friendly and polite.
I would have ranked them a 5 Star, however trying to schedule was a pain and call backs took several days, if not a week or two.
