We recently adopted a rescue dog from Lucky Paws and couldn’t be happier about the experience.
We checked with a number of rescue groups over a two week period with mixed results. One group took eight days to even acknowledge my adoption application.
Lucky Paws was just the opposite. They responded quickly and professionally, answered all of my questions, and made it a great experience. We were able to meet our dog a day or two after inquiring and took her home a day or so later. Her temperament was exactly as they described and she fit right in.
They are a fairly small rescue and only have a few pets at a time so, it is kinda the luck of the draw… I’d recommend checking with them tho…
