Mimmzi’s Ice Cream Shop and More

Mimzi’s is located in one of the «main street shops» in Riverwood Athletic Club. It’s a cute, little local ice cream shop where you can order a wide variety of ice cream flavors and have it made into anything you want: cup, cone, shake, smoothie, frappucino, etc. My kids LOVE this place as do most of the kids in the neighborhood. It’s great to get your sweet treat and then sit on the benches outside and just watch the people and the cars go by. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is that I don’t think the owner or other employees have the bubbly, fun personalities that I expect when I go into an ice cream shop. I’ve only received dry, bored-​out-​of-​my-​mind customer service when I’ve been there, and that reduces the magical experience of getting ice cream on a hot summer’s evening. Oh well, you can’t have it all!
