ProFloors

We are very disappointed with the installation ProFloors did for a vinyl floor in our bonus room last summer (2014). The new floor is uneven and bumpy because the underlying floor surface was evidently not prepared properly. They had told us prior to installation that the new floor would be smooth because they had a special surface preparation that they laid down before the new floor went on top of it. When the floor was first laid, they said that the bumps would go away after a couple of weeks and if they didn’t go away for us to call them back. When the bumps didn’t go away and we called them back, they basically said there was nothing they could do about it (‘it’s just the way the light is shining on the floor’ they said) and left. This was poor customer service on top of a poor installation. We decided to let it slide because it was just a bonus room floor that is only used for an exercise and computer room but we would never let this company do a main floor of the house and would not recommend them to anyone. Also, the two 5 star reviews on the Google review site from a Bullard and a Pollard are suspect reviews since these were the names of 2 of the company’s employees as we have email from them when we were getting our estimates done.
