I go to Spa Neo once a month for a facial or microderm. Their packages make it affordable but their secret weapon is Elaine! She is a true professional who offers advice on your skin care régime; lets you know if she sees anything that she thinks needs to be addressed. She adapts her approach based on what you skin is doing the month — mine is normally dry but I’ve gone in there with some huge blemishes that she helped tame. Elaine uses the most amazing products which you can purchase BUT she never pressures you or makes you feel obligated. This place is a «hidden gem» right in Clayton; I’ve got to plastic surgeon’s offices for facials and other popular spas in Raleigh but this is by far my favorite.
