They are the best! Joel is so patient and helpful! As a designer that is so important to have a printer that works with you, points out a mistake you missed without judgement, and will even take time to help explain how to do something you dont know how to do. For example, I wanted to do a spot UV on several layers of my design, the pricess was a bit different than the normal spot uv file. Joel was patient and took 5 min to go thru the process step by step so I could achieve the look I really wanted. The quality of the print job is always perfect. The spot UV has always looked amazing. We moved from raleigh to charlotte a few months ago and I will not be looking for another local printer. I feel that confident in Vast Design. I was impressed by Vast Design’s website. It’s clean and well designed, so I decided to contact them to discuss creating a brochure for my small business. Joel responded to emails and questions and revisions quickly and professionally. The final product is stunning. I’m very impressed with the brochure he created. It does exactly what we need it to do. It gets attention and motivates potential clients to get in touch with us. And everyone comments on how beautiful the brochure looks. I couldn’t be happier with their work. And as far as cost goes, they should be charging way more for the quality of work they do.
