One star for this location, only because of the cheery man at the counter(Michael), whom I haven’t seen in a while. If he is no longer at this Walgreen’s, then they really don’t deserve any stars at all! **NEVER** ever use this pharmacy for your prescription needs. A year or more ago, I picked up my usual prescription for B/C pills, got it home, and found heart medication in the package(even though my name and the proper prescription name were printed on the bag). I immediately drove back, but I couldn’t have my own prescription(Walgreens records showed it had been filled already) nor could I return someone else’s Hydralazine because I had already removed it from the store. I wonder if Walgreen’s would have paid my funeral expenses if I had ingested the Hydralazine? This place is fine for buying candy bars and Christmas lights, but it’s a pharmacy in name only. When I switched to Dierbergs, I also learned that my insurance covers my prescriptions — something Walgreens never bothered to tell me. The convenience store part is fine, and the prices are good. Stay away from the pharmacy if you value your money(and your life)!

Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately by the cashier-Abby; she was truly friendly and happy to welcome me :-) At checkout she performed her job perfectly. She was quick, friendly and efficient. Then as I was leaving she sent me off with a fond farewell, and hoped that i would come back to Walgreens.

Slowest checkout lines ever, and the parking lot feels like a trap. Prices are standard for Walgreens in this area(I’ve noticed that deodorant is on the high side). I’ll avoid this location in favor of others ones with quicker checkouts.

These five stars are for Walgreens employee, Mike. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful! You rock! We have never met such a nice Walgreens employee.

I have recently had several prints made of my sons Junior Prom, and every time several of the prints came back having been cropped. In this day and age, everyone has access to cropping tools, and is able to crop their one photos. Why Walgreens feels it necessary to automatically crop people’s photos is beyond my comprehension. Leave them alone! It’s not as if the cropping was well done. My son was scalped several times!

I’ve never had a bad experience here and I have used them for everything from perfume, pharmacy, photo, and store goods. The staff are always friendly and available. The extended hours are a big part of why I use this location. I really hate the parking lot though. Accessing it from the various streets differs based on where you’re coming from and with one entrance being a no-left-turn, it can be a real annoyance to get in and out.

Please do not ever use Walgreens for your Pharmacy needs. I just found out that Walgreens charged me $ 350.00 for a simple brand name prescription, that I could purchase at Schnuks Pharmacy in Ladue for $ 198.00 Basically Walgreens is robbing you and you only find out when your insurance is not paying for your prescription. So — please do not support this national chain. Use your hard earned cash locally! Shame on Walgreens — Where Greed makes it impossible to be healthy!

Just your normal Walgreens. Pulling in and out of this location can be difficult because Clayton Road is busy and the exit will only let you turn Right onto the road. The store front could be cleaner, but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. This is near my apartment, so I always visit this location whenever I need a prescription refilled or a quick grocery item.

Parking is just horrendous, and entering/exiting the parking lot is even worse. The pharmacy department is SLOW as molasses, and if you try to come between 4 and 8PM you might as well pull a Breaking Bad and try to synthesize the drugs yourself because it may in fact save you time. +1 star for being open 24 hours +1 very important star for the jolly guy behind the register, as Simone so perfectly put it. I believe his name is Michael(?) and if it weren’t for him I would have moved my pharmacy needs across the street to Schnucks long, long ago. I no longer live in the area but on trips back to the Lou this kind man still remembers me, and his friendly smile is what keeps me coming back despite otherwise 1 star experiences.

This is ONLY about the pharmacy(although I would say that the parking lot is one of the most ill-devised parking lots in history). The wait times for the pharmacy on the phone and in line are atrocious. It is rare that you can just run in and pick up your meds, expect a fifteen minute wait in line on average. They are also incredibly disorganized behind the counter. I wish a CVS would open up nearby and given them some competition.

The jolly guy at the register is why I am writing this review. He is there every single day with a big smile on his face which puts a big smile on my face. The guy needs a vacation, a day off or something because he is a genuinely hard worker who enjoys greeting people and being a happy employee. Other than the Jolly Cashier this Walgreens is open 24 hours and also has a poorly designed parking lot. Good luck with parking.

Hey, a Walgreens I really actually like! Let me start by saying that parking here should be an Olympic sport. If you make it in and out without what I call ‘love tapping’ another car, you’re in good shape. Even if you do tap someone you’re probably alright. The staff here has always been really friendly and ready to help. They carry the full line of Big and Sexy hair products INCLUDING Back Comb in a Bottle(hollaaaa) and rarely are out of anything I need. Lines move quickly and you can be in and out in a matter of a few minutes. It’s just a Walgreens so there’s not much to say, but if you’ve ever been to the Walgreens on Lindell you know why I appreciate this one so much. Glad to have it in my neighborhood!

Sadly this Walgreens is NOT closed. The Keystone Kops staff the pharmacy department. I have spent hours of my life I will never get back waiting because every single employee is incapable of doing their job. Honestly I have never had so many bad experiences at a pharmacy, ever. Why do I keep returning, you ask? Either I hate myself, or they are the only nearby pharmacy open late. Sometimes I have a hard time remembering which.

This Walgreens has reopened. I had to run here this morning because my regular Walgreens doesn’t open as early as this one does. I was greeted when I came in and acknowledged promply at the pharmacy. I was told it would be about 15 minutes for me to get my prescription and it only took about 7. Their shelves were a bit bare here and there, but I was happy with my overall experience! (And my regular Walgreens called me back later to tell me that they would have had to have gotten my prescription from another Walgreens because they didn’t have it in stock. Soooo glad I went here!)
