Service, cleanliness, and food at this KFC/​TACO BELL are all subpar. On more than one occasion I have had excessively long waits for food, the bathrooms are not clean, and the food lacks freshness or any care in preparation. They have a front person who at times has been the only one manning both the registers and the drive thru orders who was hard working and courteous and I felt bad for him as he received little backing and support from any other workers. Please fix this service and management.

I would not recommend stopping here! The owner of this place should be ashamed of him/​she self! Floors were covered in food. Witnessed an employee knock over cups on to that floor and pick them up like it wasn’t a big deal! The line was long and a manager took the only employee taking orders to go and empty trash! My wife had to use the restroom while waiting. Bathrooms didn’t even have soap! We walked out at that point!

If I could rate it in the negatives, I would! We waited almost 20 minutes for our dine in order. Part of it was sitting on a tray for 10 minutes getting cold. They completely messed up our order, but we didn’t have another twenty minutes to wait for the correct one. We left a message for the manager, but he never replied.

Love taco bell just not this one. The food does not taste like it does at any other taco bell. My husband gets diarrhea every time from this location. Had a double decker and they just put a pile of beans instead of spreading them and the hard shell was uncooked.
