I have had nothing but stellar experiences from the Clinton Lowe’s. I have bought everything from granite counters to kitchen appliances and haven’t been disappointed yet. I most recently bought a double oven range from Lowe’s over the Memorial day weekend, and took advantage of the free delivery they were offering. On the day of delivery they called and said they just wanted to let me know the noticed some minor damage to the range and assured me it was cosmetic and I wouldn’t even notice it, and as a bonus their manager offered an additional 15% off. The delivery crew were very professional, and showed me the damage prior to unloading, in case I didn’t want it due to the damage, but the damage was exactly as they described, I wouldn’t have noticed the damaged area if they hadn’t pointed it out to me. The crew positioned the range and were out the door in just a few minutes. To finish the transaction, I swung by Lowe’s a few days later and presented my receipt at the Customer service counter. I was expecting this to take a while, but getting the 15% credited by to my card was quick and easy.

If I could give a zero I would, 2 girls working in paint dept at about 11am were rude and did not help. I brought in a piece of paint to match she tried for a minute(piece of wall about 1sq ft) while I waited and had to listen to there drama(«I’m so tired». «I don’t want to be here») then DONT come to work. When finished she set the two gallons out and I could clearly see a difference in color I told her«that is not matching» she replied«well it’s as good as I can get,» and walked away from me. then the other bright red head looked at me as if I were dumb, meanwhile the one who mixed the paint left me to go flirt with a guy working on the floor. I sat there for about five minutes and she glanced back at me and grabbed the guy employees arm and went behind the isle. Worst customer service EVER, don’t waste your time. I left paint on counter since nobody wanted to finish helping me, and went to Home Depot were she got it right on the money, she also was very helpful in answering my questions.

Sadly location & a gift card was only reason I came. No one knows where products are, or if they have it. Lumber said item was in garden. Garden didn’t know so called, then sent me back to other end in lumber section. It’s not a particular store, I’ve found poor customer service(or uneducated employees) at multiple stores. Too bad I have to drive the distance to Home Depot, but I go where I can get the help I need. Item was exact price at both stores.

The location of this store is the only reason it gets up to three stars. The plumbing section is woefully under-stocked, with most parts I need an empty slot with no backstock available. The ‘convenient’ online ordering? Ha! Every time I go to pick it up the following day, it’s a monkey-cluster as they try to get people to gather the ALREADYPAIDFOR items AFTER I get there. It would be faster and LESSAGGREVATING to walk around and get it myself, IF they even have it in stock.
