Mild To Wild

HORRIBLE!!! In the last 2 months the receptionist (same one) has messed up my wife’s appointment 3 times. The first time she rescheduled, the 2^nd time she showed up and the stylist wasn’t even in town and they knew she wasn’t going to be in town (didn’t even bother to call and reschedule my wife), & on the same 2^nd trip she thought she’d better check her next appointment and the receptionist had again scheduled her on a day that my wife’s stylist wasn’t even scheduled to be in. My wife submitted a complaint to the management via email and received NO RESPONSE at all & that was the only way they took complaints which I can now understand why.
Once her stylist had heard of all these issues and the other issues with her clients in the recent months she left Mild to Wild and went to the competitor around the corner. I would pay twice as much to send my wife to a place that takes care of her! I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will be sure when I have the chance people know what a horrible place this is because I’d never want anyone to come home in tears like my wife did. Sorry to be so long winded but I’ve never had anywhere treat my wife the way she was treated at Mild to Wild!

I’ve never received anything but wonderful care here. The stylists are experienced and talented, as well as being friendly. Cuts, color, nails, waxing. All are fairly priced and I have never been disappointed.
Check them out! You’ll be pleased.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I wouldn’t even tell the devil to get his hair done here. Two words. CHEMICAL BURNS. Four days before the first day of my girls senior year they destroyed her hair. She went in for them to touch up her roots, and she left with blisters and scabs. After dealing with the manager, we thought things would get better. But no, not even an apology for the time and money and PAIN they put her through.
0 out of 10, would not recommend. Two thumbs down.

Good place for getting your hair cut. Love the job that Sarah has done whether it be my simple haircut to others who she has done coloring for. Definite 5 star review!!!

I love this place! I started coming to the salon when I moved here from California back about 6 months ago. Tonia does my hair, and always helps me to do what is best for it. I like crazy colors and she has done them well, from a pink and purple ombré to a beautiful blue. I like that she is personable, dedicated and honest. Can’t actully wait for my next appointment!
I also have my nails done by Rylee, I am always indecisive about what I want, but she always guides me along. She never forgets what I like and makes some awesome suggestions. (Cause to me… sparkles rock!) Very friendly, talkative and attentive as well. I even changed when I came here from the only thing I ever knew, which was acrylics, she convinced me to do gel instead. Now I will never change back. I love gel now.
Everyone I have come across there has been very nice and friendly. Just a nice place to go.

Brook did a FANTASTIC JOB on my hair! I LOVE blonde and most hair stylists just don’t get that but Brook sure did!!! This is a full service salon with an upbeat atmosphere. There are stylists everywhere — I didn’t see an empty booth in the salon the whole time I was there. The owners did a great job on this salon.
Thanks Brook! I will DEFINITELY be back to you for my next appointment!
