I would HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone that is coming to the beach. I have stayed at multiple Hotels, Motels and Resorts on the beach and this is by far the best for the price. This place is located a short 2 minute walk to the beach and stores. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The prices are right and the owners are very friendly. The rooms are spotless and spacious. All of the rooms have a full kitchen, plenty of closet space and sitting areas. Give this place a shot, you will not regret it!

We stayed here for the first time this week, and were pleasantly surprised. The pool is tiny, but with the beach just a few blocks away it wasn’t needed. The rooms are very clean, small, and efficient. The neighbors were quiet, and the location is tucked away from the spring break parties. The owners are very nice, friendly, personable, and helpful. The décor is out of date, but it gives it a homey feel. I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot on Clearwater Beach. 45 second walk to the beach, great location to the bars and restaurants around Clearwater Beach. The owners are really nice, and courteous. This is the place to rent when you come visit, no need to look anywhere else.
If I could give more stars, I would.
