My 92 year old mom was having difficulty with her flip phone so we went in expecting to have to buy a new phone. Devin and Devin both helped her by giving her a new Sim card and updating her phone that cost her nothing. They were both very helpful and so personable. They took their time and answered any questions she had. We actually had a good time at the AT&T store! We couldnt have asked for a better outcome thanks to the Devins! Thank you so much.

The people who work here seem ill-equipped to explain AT&T’s more complicated pricing plans when one wants to upgrade their wireless device. It’s mind-boggling that a technology business turns to pen and notebook paper as the only method to present the customer’s options – and, even then, costs are only«estimated.» I’m frankly not sure that I got the truth because the clerk transferred numbers off his iPad onto the notebook paper at will. It was too«used car/snake oil salesman» like and a complete regression from how business should be conducted. No transparency and utter confusion which leads to distrust and disengagement on top of an arrogant, young clerk who wanted to shortcut the conversation so he could move on to the next customer. Why isn’t a sophisticated company like this using an automated program that allows the customer to see systemically produced side-by-side comparisons of pricing options on the iPad itself? Any goodwill I felt about AT&T walking into this location was completely undone by the time I left. I seriously hope AT&T’s store operations department is reevaluating their training module.

My iPhone went into paperweight mode and was not coming out of it, no matter how much I whined. Huh, whining usually works… but try as I might, the iPhone wouldn’t snap out of it. Black screen. Dark, cold, unfriendly black screen. So dark. So very dark. I was getting dizzy. My iPhone and I haven’t been out of communication with each other since I first turned it on months ago! What happened? What did I do wrong? I apologized for dropping it those many weeks ago, but perhaps it held a grudge. Forgive me, iPhone!(No, I never stopped to read the manual… That’s why I have friends with iPhones whom I couldn’t call in this unforeseen instance because my phone was out of service.) I rushed over here to AT&T in a cold sweat(and almost getting lost as I could no longer use Google Maps to direct me in this new town), praying that something could be done and much underestimating the cost of a replacement. A kindly gentleman asked how he could help… I handed him my phone. He pressed the button on the front and the power button at the same time to do a «soft reboot» whatever that means… And the apple appeared! YYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! Joy overwhelmed me. Suddenly I was back in communication with the world, and Unilocaling again within seconds. I checked in immediately via the Unilocal app so I’d remember to give credit where it is due. These guys were polite, professional, and VERY helpful… saving me a replacement cost of $ 400, I’m told.
