Bed Pros Mattress

The search was finally over!!! After going out on Labor Day to find the best deals for a new bed. My boyfriend and I went to 5 different places to shop around and this was not only are last stop, but we found a perfect bed AND got a great deal!!! I was so happy after a restless search to not only get a great bed, but didn’t have to deal with the pressure of a sales guy down our throat. He was very easy going and let us take out time, instead of constantly bugging us on such a big decision like the other places. I highly recommend going here to find a great bed!

What great deals at Bed Pros. My wife and I recently purchased two mattress sets from Bed Pros. We purchased our daughters mattress set three months ago and were extremely pleased with the service that we had received. So today me and my wife decided to upgrade our king size mattress for a new Set. Even though we purchased here three months ago we still did a little bit of comparison shopping… And again we decided to revisit bed pros we are getting our new king size mattress Tomorrow… We went back-​and-​forth on purchasing a Tempur-​pedic mattress set. But my wife fell in love with the Beautyrest black mattress set. We did look at this model elsewhere not only wouldn’t deliver tell next week. Bed Pros Mattress could delver Next Day. They will even to haul off your old mattress free charge. But even though free of charge if the delivery went anything like last time these boys should expect a nice big tip they set it up they haul it off and even called me 35 minutes before delivery timeframe was only four hours they had me between 10 and 2pm timeframe. But was at my house at 11:45. This is a longer review that I would typically leave but Mr Bradley and the Bed Pros Team deserves it!!!

Walked into the store in search of some mattresses and received a great deal with fast, free delivery. Salesman was working alone but did a great job attending to all customers in the store. Since we are new to the area, he also gave us great advice on which DMV to visit!

We walked in and immediately dealt with Chad. He was great to deal worth. No pressure to buy anything. Great attitude… awesome customer service. Thrilled with the selection. Even more impressive delivery will be done in less than 24 hours. Unheard of and pleasantly surprised.

Had the absolute best customer service experience at this Bed Pros ! Chad was our salesman and showed us all the differences between all of the matresses and found the perfect mattress for us. He was very polite professional and shared a great deal of knowledge and got us the right matress not the most expensive one. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

great Place to Buy a mattress. Chad was are Salesman was very knowledgeable about the brands of mattresses. I Believe we were in there for a few hours making our decision. He was very patient with us. We decided to purchase a Beautyrest Plush mattress not to Firm not to Soft. A perfect mattress for me and my husband. I will say This was not are first stop when we were shopping for a mattress but walking into Bed Pros there was just something different about our experience that helped us decide to make a purchase. I also wanted to give the delivery crew two thumbs up they went above and beyond on the delivery even called us 30 minutes prior and help my husband move are old bed into our kids room. Thanks again Bed Pros !!

DO NOT COME HERE! I was cussed out by a guy named Chad for trying to return a pillow I owned for 1 day. I was never given a proper receipt explaining the return policy, only a small credit card print out. He stated that he thought I was in a rush to leave the store and thats why he didn’t give me a proper receipt. I understand if I can’t return something due to store policy but I DID NOT appreciate being cursed at and blamed for the whole thing. I had already spent over a thousand dollars on a bed and to be yelled at for not understanding something that was never explained to me didn’t feel right. I immediately went up the road to the countryside location and a very pleasant guy named Adam helped me out and was very nice. I wish had bought everything from him in the first place. DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTH CLEARWATER LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CUSSED OUT BY CHAD!

I moved from Hawaii with nothing and went to this store at 9 am and had my wonderfully priced mattress set delivered by 10 am !!!
